In Person Pre-Listing Consultation - tour of the property, room to room

$150 + HST
Virtual Consultation - room to room
Conversation about anything that could be improved or removed as you give me a tour of your home.
$100 + HST
Each staging project will be quoted
individually after consultation.
- I am able to assist you in determining the most suitable staging service for your home.
- Clients will receive an email containing a PDF checklist comprising all staging recommendations.
- Prior to any staging service, it is necessary to conduct either an in-person or virtual consultation.
Touch Ups
Our specialized package is designed for clients who already have a collection of decor pieces, greenery, and furniture but require professional assistance in rearranging them. Whether it's relocating a mirror from the bedroom to the living room or optimizing the placement of couches and beds to maximize space utilization, our team will ensure that your home is transformed in the best possible way. Additionally, we can help you elevate certain existing decor items into captivating statement pieces.
If you're looking to give your home a fresh update while keeping your existing furniture, this package offers a range of beautiful decor options that will appeal to a wide audience. In addition, we'll help you optimize your space by rearranging couches and beds for maximum efficiency. We can also transform some of your current decor into stunning statement pieces.

Consultation - Need help with choosing out flooring, paint colour, or tile?
After talking on the phone to get a sense of your style I will meet you in person to help you find something that fits your space and personality.
Mood Board - Maybe you have a blank slate or just a few pieces of furniture? I would gladly make you a mood board where I will take your couch and make a collage of a bunch of different pieces that would work well with your space like the picture below.
Interior Decorating - Do you have an assortment of new furniture and decor that you need help arranging, working with a decorator removes the element of frustration. I will look over what you have and potential items you should buy to create your ideal living area.
Purchasing Decor - If after consultation you still feel like you want someone to buy the decor for you, I am here.
Initial consultation (up to 2 hours) $100
Every additional hour is an extra $50
